Challenge: Create a human-led campaign on a limited start-up budget to support the launch of Arc Health at a major healthtech conference. The product addressed a critical gap in remote consultations: the lack of real-time physical examination, particularly for elderly patients who often downplay their symptoms during virtual check-ups.


Solution: Developed a campaign that reframed Arc Health through an emotional lens: helping doctors “see beyond” surface-level symptoms and truly connect with patients. The insight that elderly patients often downplay their health revealed a deeper truth—this wasn’t just about missing data, it was about missed honesty.


The concept responded with a quiet, human-centred narrative, highlighting subtle cues of misdirection. Messaging and visuals were designed to resonate with clinicians who rely on instinct as much as information, positioning Arc as the tool that helps them see what’s not being said.
