MultiplAI is a biotech start-up operating virtually across three continents, developing AI-driven, RNA-based diagnostic tools that use blood sequencing and proprietary algorithms to predict the risk of complex diseases like cardiovascular disease. I work closely with the company as their ongoing creative, marketing, and communications partner.

What makes the role so powerful is the ability to work as both a strategic partner and hands-on creator—translating complex science into language and visuals that engaged diverse audiences across science, tech, and investment.

Sometimes its about having a couple hours to create something straightforward and business focused to provide complex information in compact easy to scan overview information in a format editable by stakeholders and familiar to various audiences

Introduction company video

Cobbled together in 2 days, this video was one of the initial versions of the MultiplAI story. Working with the founders remotely on the script, the edit, animation, music and voice over narration was done on a shoe string budget by yours truly. This video was in the end a key factor in gaining MultiplAI access to it's first funding as well as acceptance to the Illumina accelerator program which was vital in the early stage sequencing research being done.

This work has played a meaningful role in helping the company raise over $5 million in funding so far and scale its communications efforts across three continents—and continues to support their efforts to secure new investment, nurture relationships, and share progress with audiences critical to their scientific, business, and product growth.

The same hybrid model at work in cybersecurity.

My ongoing work with CYNTESYS, a cybersecurity start-up, builds on this same model—offering visual brand creation, pitch material development, strategic messaging, and the design of core assets like proposal decks and analytical reports. Just like in healthcare, cybersecurity is a highly technical space where I help translate complexity into clarity. My ability to work closely with founders and technical leads, while executing across disciplines, helps build consistency and momentum in fast-moving environments.
